Appointments
- Using our website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- To cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please call us for assistance.
- No call no shows maybe subject to being blacklisted.
Deposit Payments
- We may require a deposit payment to reserve your service appointment.
- Collected deposits may be refundable when canceling at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- Collected deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no show and no call for your scheduled appointment.
- Collected deposits may be non-refundable, but applied as credit to future invoices when canceling less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time.
